Hey all, Lynn Feiger is presenting on Monday January 14 on the subject of Summary Judgment.  Specifically she will talk about how

increasingly, a huge percentage of employment cases fall victim to summary judgment in federal court.  This presentation discusses the extent of the problem and why this is happening.  The presentation focuses on how to fight this trend, including tactics that are available to help prevent summary judgment and the use of summary judgment as an affirmative tool for plaintiffs.
